Is cheese ruined when you drop it in the sink?  I only ask because I know if it’s moldy you can cut off the gross part and eat the rest, so I don’t think getting it wet would really destroy it. It hasn’t ruined the integrity of the taste or anything.  It’s not as if I dropped the computer in the sink or anything.  I wouldn’t recommend that. It’s not just the getting it wet part, it’s also the dropping things.  Just try it, you would not believe the screaming and the creative use of vocabulary, including a lot of things that I’m pretty sure aren’t related to the sink, things like “I just got dedicated hosting to fix some of the problems, and now there’s  a whole sink full of new issues to handle.” and “What were you doing with that in the kitchen?” and “Why is there cheese in the sink?”
